"The present invention relates to a new and distinct variety of rose plant of the miniature class which was originated by me by crossing an unnamed seedling (cross of `JACfun` and `MORgal`), with the variety `JACship` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7948)."

I just bought three of these today at Home Depot; the label on the pot said "Armstrong Nursery". They were all in pretty good condition, if badly in need of deadheading. In fact, I just finished planting them. Very pretty roses; we're looking forward to seeing how they do.
Edited to add: I'm very impressed with this mini. It's been a little over a month since I bought the three and put them in the ground; since then, I don't think we've had more than two days in a row where none of them were blooming. They are planted in an area that tends to have dappled sunlight most of the day and have just kept putting out new growth.
