Class:
Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.
Bloom:
Golden-yellow. Moderate, citrus, fruity, spice fragrance. 55 to 60 petals. Average diameter 3.25". Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat, ruffled bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Tall, climbing, upright. Large, semi-glossy, medium green, leathery foliage. 5 to 7 leaflets.
Height: up to 8'2" (up to 250cm). Width: 39" (100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b. Can be used for cut flower, garden or pillar. Vigorous. produces decorative hips. rain tolerant. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, blackspot resistant. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
