For a David Austin rose, its flowers are surprisingly long lasting even in its first year and under extreme heat, yet the petals drop off cleanly in the end. Very very fast repeating and quite healthy.

Does this one have a US patent? Or can we propagate it in the US? It seems like Justia has it Patent number: PP29927 Filed: Apr 24, 2017 Can someone check on this?

The U.S. Patent also mentions a United Kingdom Application No. 5/2133, filed Sep. 28, 2016
