[0002] Varietal denomination: `DELFLOBLA`.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The new variety of Rosa hybrida Floribunda Rose Plant of the present invention was created during 2009 at Malicorne, France by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., seed parent) of the new variety was the `MEICHIBON` variety (U.S. Patent App. Publ. No. 2003-0041361, now abandoned). The male parent (i.e., pollen parent) of the new variety was the `DELGRAMAU` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 21,510; European Union PBR 29433).

[0004] The parentage can be summarized as follows:

`MEICHIBON` x `DELGRAMAUE`

Thanks Michael. You have your comment in the 2008 rose DELflorobla.
The application for the new rose DELflobla says it was created during 2009 at Malicorne.
It looks like I should make a new file for DELflobla, ?

This rose was bred 2008 (08....) but took part in the 2018 Baden-Baden trials. The patent application is from November 30, 2018, so it might be the same rose. Unfortunately there is no description in the Baden-Baden results booklet. However, there is a great probability that it is the same rose. I would at DELflobla to this listing, at least until further information arises.

I'm not technically sure. On one hand, I've found codename errors in patents before. On the other hand, I have found patents of 2 similar roses with similar code names. And on the third hand that I don't technically have, I can't speak the language of breeder origin to go digging through the internet.

I can’t speak it either Michael. To save us both having to juggle these slippery items, I have opened a new page and added a Note on both
DELflorobla 2008 and
DELflobla 2009.
It is very easy to merge them later, but a little more difficult to separate.

DELflorobla has now been issued as 'La Sauvagine' and it does not look like the patent description of DELflobla.
