Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Purple to red.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, very double, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 28" to 43" (70 to 110cm).  Width: up to 16" (up to 40cm).
