Bred by Colin P. Horner (1933-2005) (United Kingdom, 1983).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Bill LeGrice Roses in 1984 as 'Champagne Cocktail'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Light yellow, pink streaks, stripes, flecks, yellow reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  20 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Medium, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 30" to 40" (75 to 100cm).  Width: up to 28" (up to 70cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
