Bloom:
Carmine-red, violet highlights, golden-yellow stamens. Fine white flecks and lines at the centre. Strong fragrance. 25 to 28 petals. Average diameter 2.25". Small to medium, semi-double to double, in small clusters, flat bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns. Small foliage.
Height: 35" to 47" (90 to 120cm). Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 8b. Shade tolerant. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot . Prune after flowering is finished. Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third.. This rose blooms on old wood.
