I see this rose has 1 "good" rating for heat tolerance. Does the foliage remain healthy in 100 F+/40C + temps?

Perhaps I bought into the early hype about this rose, but in reality--for five years in my mid-western garden--it has been a black spot magnet. Time to replace it with a better rose. Peter Mayle or Young Lycidas come to mind.
