Very hardy and invasive. Lots of prickles on the stems. Smells like citrus blossoms. One of the first to bloom here in south central Alaska with occasional re-bloom later. Large, single blooms and sets hips. It gets to be about 6' tall here.
please tell me more! The bloom is rugosalike the leaves like a musk,,like Darlow's Enigma, not showy, not rugose,,,,it has fearsome thorns and reddish canes and is already over my head and suckering amok in a sunny sandy place!
