Pink. Mild fragrance. Small, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.
Height: 6' to 8' (185 to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b. Very hardy. Disease susceptibility: very blackspot resistant..

Notes:
Kim Rupert reports that 'Basye's Thornless' is '65-626', and is synonymous with 'Commander Gillette' [see also photos of 77-361] The breeding is R. carolina alba x 'Hugh Dickson'. It's single, thornless, repeat blooming and deciduous. (See Comments)
