ARS: Medium red Floribunda.Registration name: Moulin Rouge ® (floribunda, Meilland, 1951)
 
Class: Floribunda, Hybrid Polyantha.   
Bloom: Vermilion to scarlet, geranium-red shading.  Mild fragrance.  20 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.   
Habit: Short, bushy, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
 Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.
