I found your site while looking up my new roses. One of the roses I planted is Charisma. The tag says it is an everblooming hybrid tea rose. If this is the same rose you have listed perhaps it isn't extinct?
Unfortunately, the tag doesn't say anything about lineage, etc., or I'd have more information to share.
