Queen of Bedders Bourbon. Raised at Sunningdale (UK) by Noble, 1871. A shrub of short growth, unlike most Bourbons, and it thus impressed Charles Noble as a suitable plant for bedding before roses were much used for this purpose. Good dark foliage. The flowers are crimson, fading to purpleish, expanded and quartered. Good raspberry fragrance. 2 feet.
