Quite large bloom, almost double, soft pink with lilac shading on yellowish white base, bud carmine-red, in abundant trusses. Vigorous shrub, has healthy, light green foliage and blooms faithfully in June-July.

Hélène. (Lambert, 1897.) This is a lovely rose of pale flesh-color, tinted violet, with flat, semi-double flowers of medium size. It has a very free, gracious habit of growth and is thornless. Ellwanger & Barry include it in their list of roses.
