This cultivar is listed as triploid in the paper 'Pollen diameter and guard cell length as predictors of ploidy in diverse rose cultivars, species, and breeding lines'

When I went to Chicago Botanical Garden in June, out of their thousands of rose bushes, their best looking rose bush was Buck "Hi Neighbor". They put that near the visitor's center. It has zero scent, in partial shade, and the blooms were perfect & same with the dark-green-shiny leaves. It was compact (2.5' x 2'). Will dig out the pic. and post later.
