There are some clues in the references which may help point the way to a nursery. Otherwise contact Bob Cherry at Paradise Plants in NSW. He was one of the breeders of 'Wee Beth'.

It doesn't seem correct to have two breeders for 'Wee Beth'. Does anybody know if Eric Welsh was in partnership with Bob Cherry at one time? The majority of the references seem to say it was bred by Eric Welsh
June 15, 2010 later edit. Bob Cherry has advised me that 'Wee Beth' was certainly bred by Welsh and Cherry.
