Bred by Pedro (Pere) Dot (Spain, before 1963).
Introduced in France by Pépinières Minier in 1963 as 'Orange Dot'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange-red.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, dense, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
