Peppermint Ice Description... green with a suggestion of creamy overlay. The word peppermint does cause American eyebrows to raise because there peppermint sticks are historically red and white, but in Britain peppermint is green. This rose was named as a result og a competition in Garden News in conjunction with its raiser, amateur Bill Bossom.
