In what zones is this rose hardy

This hybrid tea is bred by Poulsen and most of his roses do very well in zone 5. However you would have to protect it well for the winter,

I have been unable to locate any grower in Canada for "Sentimental".
During my search I came across another rose, "Raspberry Ripple", which looks almost
the same.
I mention this rose to you merely because of it's resemblance to "Sentimental" which
we appear to be unable to find.

Do you want the pink Hybrid Tea 'Sentimental' or the striped floribunda 'Scentimental'? As you mention Raspberry Ripple, I suspect the latter. If you search under 'Scentimental' with a 'c' in it, you will find several Canadian suppliers.
