Notes:
The rose in commerce and gardens is not the original 'Triomphe de Laffay' by Laffay. - wrong colour. It is unclear whether the rose listed by Jäger in 1936 as existant in Sangerhausen is the current mislabeled rose. 'Triomphe de Laffay' never existed in L'Haÿ in France. In his 2001/2002 Catalog, Peter Beales assigns a date of "c. 1930" -- this is probably a typo.
