    It's Autumn flowering is as good as the earlier one, very prolific. Haven't noticed much scent though.

    Probably the conditions (or personal perception). Mine has strong scent and two prolific bloomings, both of long duration.

    this rose cannot have been released in1997 if it was only bred in 1999.so which is it?

    Yes, you're right. It was registered in 1999.
