Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1963 as 'Pillar of Fire'.

Coral-red.  Mild fragrance.  up to 33 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.

Climbing, upright.  Matte, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 8' (up to 245cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
