Book (1939) Colour, intense scarlet. The blooms, which are rather thin, 12 petals, are produced in large clusters right throughout the season. Fragrant. Foliage dark green. Free of disease. The habit of growth is vigorous. A delightful bedding variety that supersedes K. of K. Does not mind rain. Awarded a Second Class Trial Ground Certificate.
