Bred by Wilhelm Kordes III (1953 - 2016) (Germany, before 1991).
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Retail) in 1994 as 'Domstadt Fulda'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-red.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 3.75".  Large, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact, dense.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" (80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
