Northern Lights (Cocker). A large rose, pale yellow, sometimes with a flush of pink. A well formed flower of exhibition type and very fragrant. Upright growth, vigorous, free flowering and hardy.

p139.  Dr. A. S. Thomas, Victoria.  Some New Ones.
Northern Lights HT. (Cocker, 1970). 'Duftwolke' x 'Kingcup'. First year blooms confirm the excellent impression gained in England in 1968, 1973 and 1976. It is a fine dual purpose rose in that light coloured range of which we get so few. Cream with an occasional pink flush in the centre, especially in the Autumn. Vigorous, upright and healthy.
