Mon père était musicien et a insisté pour que sa première fille s'appelle Cécilia. Je suis musicien aussi. My father was a musician and insisted on naming his first daughter Cecilia. I am a musician, too.

St Cecilia is sold under the name “Peony Pink” in the cut flower floral trade and now on Etsy. Probably should add that name here as well.

St. Cecilia is listed as Zone 4b. Is anyone out there actually growing it in 4b to attest to this?

I have it in zone 5 where it is a bit of a one cane wonder. As for 4b, maybe in a south exposure, as against a south facing wall, and with winter protection, and a shot of high N fertilizer in spring to get it growing quickly.
