Laroquette, propriétaire à Biarritz, exposait aussi un lot de Rosiers nains fort bien cultivés, parmi lesquelles variétés il y avait : Mademoiselle Hélène Cambier, Madame Norbert Levavasseur, Etoile de France, Yvonne Vacherot, Madame Paft, Jean Girin, Eugène Furst. Ce lot a été récompensé d’une médaille de vermeil fort bien méritée.

Mlle. Helena Gambier This is essentially a Southern Rose. It is especially adapted for growing in localities where a long, pleasant summer prevails, and will give entire satisfaction in such communities. In color, Mlle. Helena Gambier is a beautiful canary-yellow, with a center shading to peach-blossom pink. There is an abundance of large, double flowers, which possess a remarkable degree of fragrance, covering a long blooming season; and the blossoms are of good texture and quite lasting.
