Origin:
Bred by Henry Morse (1859-1938) (United Kingdom, 1926).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Dr. Edward Deacon'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Salmon-orange, ages to coral-pink.  Strong fragrance.  Very large, full (26-40 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  

Height: 3' (90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, susceptible to Mildew.
