Wise Portia as 7th year own-root in zone 5a, blooms well in 4 hours of sun & likes it alkaline.

Blooms can be quite large, but are a lot smaller in hot, dry weather. Still, it keeps the blooms coming! Very saturated color.

Own-root Wise Portia is a heavy bloomer with sulfate of potash in partial shade. The repeat is fast. The scent is fantastic in cold weather. Makes good cut flower & survived seven zone 5a winters.
