Bred by Otto Jacobs (Germany, 1904).
Introduced in Australia by Arthur Yates & Co. Ltd. in 1907 as 'Grossherzogin Alexandra'.

Hybrid Perpetual, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White or white blend, yellow center.  Strong fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
