Origin:
Bred by Jan A. Herholdt (South Africa, 1960).
Introduced in South Africa by Herholdt's Nursery/J.A. Herholdt in 1960 as 'Constantia'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Strong fragrance.  40 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Modern Roses 10 says this rose is a parent of 'Mimi Coertse', which see.
