I do not share the pessimism of these seasoned veterans about roses that are just about immune to blackspot and would not need spraying. Here is my list, based mostly on a lot of reading: Park Royal and Conrad Hilton, Floribundas...

Proof of the Pudding.
Park Royal F. (IIIC)( ob, when full open - coral pink at center, silver at back or petals. (J. H. Eddie; int. Sheridan Nurs. Ltd. '67). ARA '67; PP 2, Reports 12; NR (6) 7.5; Av. NR 7.3.
I. (7.3) Although the bloom is floriferous the substance is not good and the color fades fast. Short, spreading plant lacking in vigor.
II. (7.5) Medium size double blooms of bright color and fair substance. Medium size foliage. Plant lacks vigor.
III (8.0). A nice double, medium sized bloom on a tall, vigorous plant. No disease.

New Roses of the World.
Park Royal F. ob (J. H. Eddie; int. Sheridan Nurseries '67). 'Tropicana' x 'Shepherd's Delight'. Chinese orange, medium, ovoid bud. Coral-pink, white at center, silver reverse, medium, open, double blooms borne singly and several together. Very good lasting quality. Slight fragrance. Soft, light green foliage. Green, disease-resistant bark and twigs. Vigorous, upright growth. Profuse, continuous blooming. Freezes to ten inches at Toronto.

Some All-Canadian Roses

H.M. Eddie & Sons Ltd., 4100 S.W. Marine Drive, Vancouver 13, B.C., have produced far more Hybrid Tea roses of Canadian origin than anyone else in Canada. They have been hybridizing for over thirty years, and have produced eighteen roses in B.C. as follows in alphabetical order: [...]
Now last, but definitely not least, is a new Eddie origination named "Park Royal". It is a floribunda, and it will be available in 1967. We will have to wait until the 1966-1967 catalogue comes out for a description of tis rose. It should be a good floribunda because Mr. Eddie has been working on floribundas, and this is his choice out of many worthwhile seedlings.
