"Philippa Pirette" rose Reviews & Comments

The fragrance is medium, and I would describe it as an earthy or musky tea. The blooms are some of the best formed on any rose I have ever grown, and a wonderfully luminous shade of pink.
I eventually got rid of this rose because the foliage was easily disfigured by powdery mildew. I wonder if I should have given it a few more years to allow the plant to establish a better root system... Now I will never know, as this rose is unavailable in England and Brexit made it virtually impossible to import plants from Europe for private individuals.
