Introduced in France by URS (Universal Rose Selection)-Meilland in 1949 as 'Dr. Valois'.

Bloom:

Golden-yellow, vermilion edges, yellow reverse. Moderate fragrance. 20 to 25 petals. Average diameter 4". Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed buds.

Habit:

Bushy, upright. Glossy, dark green foliage.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
