Fort Knox (Howard, 1956) : Large sized buds that open to form blooms of an unfading golden yellow, with a very strong fragrance. A vigorous grower with leathery dark green foliage.

Fort Knox HT. (Howard 1956) One writer has described this as an "Improved Ville de Paris", but, so far, with me, the colour is deeper and there are less petals. The form is good but very fleeting. Strong growth and good colour are its only virtues.
