This magnificent rose is perhaps the most distinct and valuable addition made to its class during the past decade. The blooms are very large, full, and most perfect shape, quite exhibition form; the petals are unusually large, smooth, and massive, buds are long and pointed. The growth is vigorous, and of free branching habit; very sweetly perfumed; colour crimson and shaded carmine.
