Buff, light pink shading, ages to orange .  Ochre.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, long buds.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Dedicated to Yvonne Charlotte Louise Marie Decamps (January 29, 1897 Amiens - January 29, 1979 Paris), wife of Roger Edouard Verlomme (October 14, 1890 Dunkirk - July 9, 1950 Paris), prefect of the Departement de la Seine-Inférieure (1938-1940), and Departement de la Seine (1946-1950), who was killed at the City Hall
