Introduced in Australia by C. H. Halstead in 1899 as 'Comte de Paris'.

Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Red, purple shading, brown shading, crimson highlights.  Moderate fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
