Could the rose 'Mme. E. Rocques' (Lottin, 1900) mentioned in the 2010 reference be the same as 'Mme. E. Rocque' 1918 as listed by Brent Dickerson Old Roses: The Master List 2nd ed. p424.
Brent Dickerson has 'Mme. E. Rocque' as a multiflora. Helpmefind has it as a hybrid tea - which doesn't seem likely.
