Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow to buff, orange center, ages to orange .  Mild fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Grace Anna Goodhue Coolidge was born on January 3, 1879. She was the wife of the thirtieth President of the United States, Calvin Coolidge, who served from 1923-1929. In 1931, she was voted one of America's twelve greatest living women.
