Mistydowns 'Lady Somers'. Some flowers have petaloids over the stamens, some do not. Some flowers look up, some do not. As Rosenlexikon says, the scent is 4/10.

Bulla 28 February 2015. Nieuwesteeg provenance. Three new bushes under a foot high with big flowers staring at the ground. Not much scent. Things will improve.

The interplay of rich pink and light pink may descend from 'Madame Abel Chatenay' through 'Scorcher'. It used to be called "Chatenay pink".
Petals fall after eleven days; there are 50 of them.
