Aphrodite (HT) (W. Easlea, 1928). Pretty reddish coral with gold base to the petals. The flowers are not too full and are very fragrant. The foliage is handsome and disease proof. Specially good in the Autumn. 5/- each.
15 petals. Not full enouqh for general purposes.

Roses nouvelles ...
Mr W. EASLEA expose ses deux nouvelles roses : Aphrodite et Anne-Marie Bulby. La première est rose abricot tirant sur le jaune à la base, l'autre est abricot. Ce sont deux bonnes roses pour jardin et pour semis, mais trop petites pour exposition.
