Poulsen Roser introduced 'The Jubilee Rose'  a rose named for the Army Benevolent Fund. This rose has dark green foliage and is compact and even in its habit. It shows good disease resistance and grows to about 60-80cms in height, flowering repeatedly with dark-red well-formed blooms that have a slight fragrance.
