ARS:
Apricot or apricot blend Hybrid Rugosa. Registration name: Grace (Rugosa, Saunders, pre-1890)
Bloom:
Yellow, amber shading, apricot center. Moderate fragrance. Medium, very double, borne mostly solitary, open bloom form.
Habit:
Bushy, upright.
Height: 5' to 6' (150 to 185cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer. Hardy.
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
The characteristics of this variety are reported as given in Modern Roses 12. This rose was declared extinct in the 1990s, but there is always a chance that a plant of it is growing somewhere and will be found. The name 'Grace' was re-used for a variety developed by Austin.
