Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 2001).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2001 as 'Halo Sweetie'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Pink blend, red center.  None / no fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Small, single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 1' to 15" (30 to 40cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

In Sequoia Nursery's Catalog 2001, Ralph Moore says Halo Sweetie (MORsweet) has orange buds that open to a peach tint and a lovely red halo around bright yellow stamens...
