I was trying to find a bred date for ‘Snowdance’ INTertrodan. Plant Patent 13060 October 8, 2002.
In the process I find HelpMeFind is listing that the Application 20020073452 was made on June 13, 2002.
However, when i open the Plant Patent, it states the Application 09/739,533 was filed on December 13, 2000.

I don’t know how we could have made a mistake like that.
Or is it possible the PP was later changed to reflect the earlier date?

Patricia, it takes usually 2 years in the USA from application to patent grant. June 13, 2002 and Nr. 20020073452 are the Publication date and number of the patent. The effective grant follows a couple of months after the publication (October 8, 2002 in this case) and receives a new number (PP 13,060). The publication date was mistaken for the application date. No big deal, corrected.
