Bred by François Lacharme (France, before 1849).
Introduced in France by François Lacharme in 1850 as 'Laure Ramand'.

Bloom:
Pink, lilac shading, white shading.  None to mild, sweet fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
