Notes:
This rose is one from Ralph Moore's Crown Jewel Series bred from R. bracteata and registered as a Hybrid Bracteata.
This very very compact, low-growing plant would be suitable for a container on a patio. It tolerates alkaline soils surprisingly well, retaining the extremely dark green color of the foliage. JMJ
