2011 Bloom - Own Root acquired in 2010. Forgot to say, sometimes I choose to put up prettier photos of a bloom, but in actuality, Jules, is more cupped than what my photos indicate. The ones I show are more "floribunda-ish" than the usual dense unopened "cup" of the rose. The bottom right corner is the usual shape of the bloom. But at least all the photos show lots of layered petals.

This is an early in the season photo. Being a good grower, it can get much larger by late summer.

2011 Bloom - Own Root acquired in 2010. Jules almost always blooms in heavy-clustered sprays. The true color of Jules is not cherry red like my photos but deep, dark red that does not fade just like the Jerabek photo on HMF. However, Jules has no scent in my garden.
