Origin:
Bred by Gerrit Pieter Ilsink (Netherlands, before 2001).
Introduced in Netherlands by Interplant BV in 2002 as 'Ruffles Dream'.
Class:
Patio, Polyantha (Europe), Shrub.  
Bloom:
Peach, pink outer petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dense.  

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  Width: 8" to 1' (20 to 30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
